Buffet Pricing and Inclusions

Are drinks included with the buffet, and can I order additional items without the buffet?

Drinks are not included with the buffet price. You can order separately on our tablet system for drinks. Add on menu is only for buffet diners.

Parking and Arrival

What are my parking options, and what should I do if I'm late for my reservation?

Street and nearby paid parking facilities are available; details are on our parking page. If late, please call us. Tables may be reallocated or cancelled if you're over 15 minutes late without notice and if we cannot reach you.

Reservation Confirmation

What steps should I take if I haven't confirmed my reservation or fail to confirm in advance?

Please contact our staff if your reservation is unconfirmed. We will also try to reach you on the day to confirm your booking.

Discounts and Pricing

Do you offer discounts, and what are the prices for children?

We don't offer senior or concession discounts. Children's pricing is $20 for ages 4-7 and $35 for ages 8-11 for lunch and dinner. Please check our menu page for more price information.

Guest Capacity and Non-Dining Guests

What is the restaurant's maximum capacity, and can I join a dining group without ordering food?

We can accommodate up to 180 guests. You may join a group without ordering, but please inform staff due to our strict no eating policy for non-dining guests.

Dining Duration and Large Group Accommodations

How long is the dining period, and can it be extended for larger groups?

The dining time is 1 hour and 45 minutes, extendable for groups of 15 or more. Please email us for more information.

Personal Desserts and Licensed Goods

Are guests allowed to bring their own desserts and drinks?

Yes, we welcome for anyone to bring a birthday cake. However as we are a fully licensed venue, we don’t allow any drinks to be brought into our venue for consumption.

Payment Methods and Billing

Can payments be split, and do you accept mixed payments? Also, can we separate bills for food and drink orders?

We DON’T split bills across multiple cards or individuals but we accept mixed payments of card, cash, and gift cards. Bills can be separated between buffet and drinks, with no further itemization.

What are the differences between lunch and dinner menus, do you offer gluten-free options, and can we make special dietary requests?

Please check our menu page for differences between meals and gluten-free options. Special dietary requests, like specific sushi due to allergies, should be made at booking.

Kitchen Operation Hours

When does the buffet close?

Buffet closes at 2:30 pm for lunch and 9:15pm for Sun-Thur dinner, with an extension to 9:45 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
